Steeped in the rhythms and seasons of the year, Shakti Rising’s curriculum blends the mythic journey of alchemy with practical skills for whole person transformation. Our innovative model blends therapeutic education, multidisciplinary counseling and holistic healing modalities.
The Apprenticeship Programs include individual/group counseling services and classes that are founded on Shakti Rising’s 9 Gates of Awakening. The Education and Community Wellness curriculum offers coursework in (four) main areas: Transformational Recovery, Holistic Health Care, Sustainable Living Skills, and Leadership and Community Action. Courses blend art and science, providing the skills necessary to create lifestyles that result in optimal health at all levels. Transformation through Service is Shakti Rising’s volunteer program, which provides leadership and service learning opportunities to community members.
