Shakti Rising’s business model combines best practices in business with principles of social good.  Shakti goes beyond “business as usual” in both the nonprofit and for profit business communities to embrace the best practices in social enterprise, fund development, shared leadership, spirituality in the work place and social return on investment. Shakti has created a strong foundation of support that includes consistent revenue through several diverse funding streams. Shakti has maintained sustainable funding since inception, strategically growing services and revenues. Revenue sources are private, and include sliding scale fees for service, subcontracts, donor development, fundraising events, corporate funding and foundation grants.
